Deleting the WP Super Cache plugin did the trick. Everything is looking good now. Thank you for your help @mark Ratledge.
Thank you for responding. Changing the urls is the first few steps of the directions. I confirmed in wp-options and they are correct.
I still have the same problem. Any other ideas?
