Actually just after I made this post it did finally complete the scan so all is well now thx for the assistance.

Ok, I did all of the above and the scan still failed.

Yes, I just sent over the email. Sorry, I thought I’d sent it already but it was just in draft. I spoke with the hosting service they said to ask you guys what they needed to do.
