I think I have this exact some problem.
Its really confused me. I’ve got a user who is an Author and he cant code “target=_blank” – why not?!
Whats wrong with that? I have to make him an editor to be able to do it?
Is it a bug? I there a fix?
Would be great if someone could help us out.
Me also – It would be great if anyone knew of one – I have looked for ages…
