@leewb1@comcast.net Both websites have the same plugins and server?
Are PHP Safe Mode Off and PHP Allow URL fopen On? You can take a look in Overview page at your server settings. Have you checked the error log?
And have you activated permalink, or you are using the default structure?@asiostudio You can’t revert watermarks, they are on original photos, but if they have setted to backup the original images (in Other Options) then they can resume the galleries to the backup on the server to get the original images.
@cainsworth you’re welcome
@cainsworth Rename plugin folder via FTP and check after having cleared the browser cache
@cainsworth Don’t you get only that page or the whole site?
@cainsworth Rename via FTP Nextgen folder, e.g. nextgen-old, to restore the site visibility at once. Refresh your web pages.
Then download the last fresh NGG package to your desktop, unzip it and upload the NGG folder inside to your site via FTP.
After that if you refresh you’ll see two NGG in your admin plugin list. If everything is OK, delete nextgen-old via FTP, refresh plugin admin page, and activate NGG.
You can skip the first passage and do the manual update via FTP overwriting with the fresh NGG package – I told you that if you want immediately restore your site.@jordanorleans If you set “No lightbox” in “Lightbox effects”, images are displayed in a browser mode and you get rid of the arrows.

In reply to: [Leaf] Only one post on home page vategories@ron22 You missed the link to your site.
.ngg-gallery-thumbnail img { border: none; }If it doesn’t work:
.ngg-gallery-thumbnail img { border: none !important; }Add this in CSS custom area
@jordanorleans Can you post an example of what you mean?
Manage galleries > Gallery: name of the gallery > Sort gallery (near to Save Changes)
@natroneous Please post a link to the relevant page
@veektorious Your issue has nothing to do with this resolved topic and most of all you are in the wrong forum, so you should ask for any subsequent help in the support of the plugin causing that error and in the meantime deactivate that plugin via FTP by renaming its own folder.
PS: These are forum of volunteers, urgency doesn’t exist.
@firaz Flash slideshows don’t work on mobile, you have to activate the jquery slideshow for that
@danchee My idea is that the –
[nggallery id=х– part in the[nggallery id=х [gallery class="gallery2"]shortcode is not taken into account, that means it is ignored. Probably only the independent[gallery class="gallery2"]part make it works because you have a third party plugin (Lightbox Plus ColorBox v2.6/1.3.32), which apparently works with Nextgen legacy, not with the current Nextgen version.
