@mikdalex, did you try “sort gallery” button in Manage galleries?
@marteens, If you use the ATP function to put the album in the page, you would avoid this kind of distraction. For a standard album/gallery visualization there is no need to use shortcodes.
@cais, I believe he is using Nextcellent Gallery v. 1.9.18
@ljsmeow and @lissasigle Open your own topic. Your problems are different and not related to the OP issue, and @ljsmeow your issue probably is not even related with NextGEN.
@kateneiswander, What happens with WordPress default theme and other plugins deactivated? Can you describe the proceedings? Also a link to the interested page would be useful.
@chophouse Other Options > Image Options
Or, you can upload images already of the desidered size.@marteens, Enlarge the size of thumbnails would be a good start
@flamey, for clarity, files are two and they are: nggallery-ru_RU.po and
nggallery-ru_RU.mo – and did you put them in ../wp-content/languages/plugins directory?(Since you are translating, read here to avoid issues when translating the word “Save” – but this has nothing to do with your actual problem).
the allowed memory size for php is set to 2048M
From the message your allowed memory size is equivalent to 256MB (2048 megabits), which is an high limit value.
That “search” finds the pictures, not the galleries, do you have many pictures/galleries and do you have many plugins?OK, %%title%% issue is solved with last update.
But remains the old one, missing title in picture tags result page, only a dash is displayed before sitename.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Leaf] search.php file affected by customized heaaderI use Leaf theme and WordPress 3.9.1 in a site of mine and I can assure you that there has never been any change in my search page results, the page displays correctly.
As I said before you’ve made some customization and if you have customized other files (I hope you did it in a child theme) in a not appropriate way, this can be the cause of the issue.
You should try to activate the original theme and if everything is fine then you have the evidence that the fault is of customization. Instead, if it still doesn’t display well (after having cleared cache) it’s possibly because of a plugin, so you should try to disable them all.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Leaf] search.php file affected by customized heaader@erica2busy Restore the two original files (or hire someone who knows how to do what you want to achieve), and you’ll solve the problem.
P.S.: The code you posted is a mess, they are two separate files merged together (?) and some piece seems to be missing.
@pfernand Yesterday I have seen an extra empty line after the closing tag in that function file (and if you don’t see it with the naked eye, “PHP” see it anyway), so if you held down for a while the delete key near the closing tag, the empty spaces should have been deleted. I don’t remember now the name of the other file, but maybe it’s not important if isn’t a “function” file – but just in case, if the files are few, checking all of them and remove the spaces after the closing tag does not hurt.
Besides that, that plugin is not updated from 2012 and the latest questions in their support are unanswered for a year – so it may not be compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and NextGEN.
