I’ve set up email forwarders in the hosting provider, and the emails are going to target emails in the forwarder list; however, the signers emails are still showing up in the ‘from’ field.
Is it possible to provide a more detailed explanation of how to set up the petition so that the signer’s email is hidden and the email petitionresponse@payupfashion.com is the one that we send the petition message from?

Thanks for clarifying the first part.
The email target I currently have added is: petitions@payupfashion.com
In my hosting panel, I have created one forwarder email which is petitions@payupfashion.com and it forwards the same petition to all brand executives.
The second paragraph is where I’m a bit lost. How do I set it up so private emails of signers don’t get shown, and to make sure everyone on the brands executive list gets the email.
Do I create a new forwarder for every brand executive email, so if I have 50 brand executives to email, do I do 50 different ones?
I’m trying to visualize the flow of information, etc. here.
