In reply to: Twenty Eleven very narrowCan’t I have a layout which will automatically adjust to the viewer’s display size?

In reply to: SubmenusThat was a very helpful link.
Unfortunately, Twenty Eleven only supports one menu. Modifying the theme to add another would be a lot of work, wouldn’t it? I don’t like the look of drop-downs, but that may be my only other option.
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] lost tags in update 1.13I also experienced the problem referred to in that topic you mentioned, but no, that’s not what I meant here. The tag values were actually missing in the MLA table. It’s possible that it’s something I did, and then forgot. If nobody else reports this issue, then I guess you can disregard it.

In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] lost tags in update 1.13I think it only reverted the most recently updated media. For example I had a tag called ‘kyle’ which I applied to half a dozen items. After updating, the tag had 0 attachments. I’m not 100% sure, but I think some categories were reverted too. Or maybe it was only media that had more than one tag. Unfortunately, that’s all I can tell you. It’s been a while since I last worked on this project.

In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] Trouble with tagsIf I could do:
[mla_gallery attachment_tag=commercial,boardroom tax_operator=AND ... ]that would be just fine. I’ll try it and let you know…

In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] Trouble with tagsAlso, if you do any editing in ‘Visual’ mode afterward, it breaks all your MLA image galleries.

In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] Trouble with tagsOK, I tried it and I’m glad that works. Thanks. It’s rather cryptic, though. A comma-separated list would be loads more user-friendly.

In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] Trouble with tagscan I do a query for multiple tags, where the attachment matches all of them?

In reply to: [Photonic Gallery & Lightbox for Flickr, SmugMug & Others] manual slideshowI thought you told me to add it.
I’ll just wait for the next release. For now, I will use a very large timeout value.

In reply to: [Photonic Gallery & Lightbox for Flickr, SmugMug & Others] manual slideshowI tried adding pause=”1″ and “0” to the shortcut but the slides still cycled automatically.
Thank you, I understand what a grid is. I’m trying to explain that when you have many photos, the grid creates viewing problems. Are there any stylesheets available which can scroll the thumbnails?

In reply to: [Media Library Assistant] Trouble with tagsYes, that worked. I was going by examples that I found in the help documentation, which is a bit confusing. You should make it a clearer to user that “attachment_tag” is the correct paramater to use with your plugin’s built-in tagging function.
Thanks for your help.
It would be nice if images obeyed the boundaries set for slide box. This would allow the plugin to be used for mixed image sizes, and images with mixed orientations.
You could have parameters that tell Photonic to always fit the image to the box, or only stretch to fit if smaller, or only reduce if larger. (proportionally of course)
