In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Cannot OptimizeHi sorry for my late response,
I am currently getting the plugin to run on one of our sites again. It is rather slow but seems to be working so far although it claims all the images have been previously optimised so I am not seeing savings BUT it appears to be running at the moment
Sure will do can you provide me a link to your ticket system?
just a duplicator issue, everything else is fine to be honest rather weird
for some reason the plugin won’t activate any more either, I have deleted and reinstalled it but still wont work, I click activate and the page seems to just reload without it activating
I removed suhosin instead, no change still not detected.
As far as I can see it is enabled on the server (or atleast not disabled)
Hi there,
I dont even have the suhosin.executor.func.blacklist defined, I was under the impression it should be in php.ini but it is not, do you know of any other locations it could be disabled there?
Thanks for the response, its a VPS with root access so no doubt it would be myself that would need to look into this.
Although I did notice the comment about suhosin, I have that enabled, is that my problem?
Edit: Yes I did restart apache I also had to perform a full reboot not long after too so it definitely wont be that 🙂

In reply to: [Clone] Plugin No longer works?Yup unless WP Academy gives us a response it would appear like this plugin has been abandoned !
I ended up having to use ‘Duplicator’ https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
its not a bad plugin but it took me a few times to get working, especially if you use wordfence, you need to ensure to totally remove the WAF and the auto prepend before migrating otherwise your site will not work
hi there,
This is a good plugin I like how easily it created a clone for me to test updates etc, even lets me destroy the clone (should I destroy the cloned site) and start it again.
As with others though the staging to live feature is needed urgently to be honest. The only other thing I have came across that does all this is something like wp stage coach. But not all of us can justify the money they require, especially when working with multiple sites.
All I would say is if you can get this staging to live feature released soon please do ! I may not be able to use your plugin until this is done but I will keep it installed until then, it is very handy even just to test something that will potentially break a live site

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Cannot OptimizeI have no idea, to be honest EWWW did used to work. And then I changed our VPS and it no longer works
The sites are actually still the same (just theme / plugin updates that have changed things)
So I am not aware of anything that would do that. Except perhaps the bridge theme as it is a very feature rich theme and has loads of things in it. Bridge can be found here: http://themeforest.net/item/bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7315054
(i did used to run EWWW via cron and WP-CLI however since moving I have not got wp cli working yet either)

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Cannot Optimizehi thanks for your response
I get the following from the console:
16:04:40.133 ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined <anonymous> load-scripts.php:12 <anonymous> load-scripts.php:12 load-scripts.php:12:52 16:04:40.388 TypeError: a.widget is not a function <anonymous> load-scripts.php:15 <anonymous> load-scripts.php:15 load-scripts.php:15:29 16:04:40.440 TypeError: wp.media is undefined <anonymous> default.js:64 v.Callbacks/l() jquery.min.js:2 v.Callbacks/c.fireWith() jquery.min.js:2 .ready() jquery.min.js:2 A() jquery.min.js:2 default.js:64:3Ok fair enough then, thanks 🙂
Ok thanks,
I tried 2 methods on 2 sites, Apache + suPHP (as recommended) and Apache + FCGI
both seem to be working so I’m not really sure which is best now 😀
Ok not quite the answer I was looking for but thanks.
I guess I will just have to try and see what happens
Hi Thanks,
I did eventually work that part out, seems to be reporting correct IPs now. However I still have an issue with my other point I made
we recently moved our VPS to new a host. We have nginx as a proxy to apache (managed by engintron cpanel plugin), using Fast CGI, Zend Opcache, php 5.6. When going to the set up page for the WAF its preselected and recommended option is for Apache + suPHP. However I feel like it should definitely recommend apache + FCGI as thats closer to what I am using?
Can you advise what I should do here?
Thanks
