Thanks for all the help! They get the link from the schedule itself. The main schedule view is fine, but if you click on a specific day and try to link to it, you get the links with the special %2 characters – there’s no other way to get a better link other than running it through decode (no sharing buttons, etc.) Not a huge deal to run the links through decode.
Decoding worked – kind of not ideal since I won’t be adding these links and the people who are can barely log in to WP, but if that’s the fix, then that’s what they’ll have to do.
