Thanks for your quick response.
Is there not any setting that helps to figure out if there is any modification into JS or css files. So it can regenerate the minify files? How about if I set media query string.
Honestly, if so then it would be awesome feature without concerning about empty cache each time if we make any modification inside JS or CSS files.

W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation.
Please execute commands manually
or use FTP form to allow W3 Total Cache make it automatically.
Execute next commands in a shell:
rm -rf /var/www/html/wp-content/cache/minifyForum: Plugins

Anyway, I have already set the volumes(/mount/cache/minify:/var/www/html/wp-content/cache/minify) which seems pretty ok.
I have noticed that there are few hidden processes run once you enter into total cache dashboard.
