Thanks for your reply. After changing the name of the plugins folder, I navigated to my wp-admin and received the error below:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/content/62/11693962/html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
I tried renaming the W3 Total Cache folders and still receive the same error. I changed the names back, and checked on my theme. Still saw the white page and cannot access my wp-admin page.
Any idea where to take it from here?
