Yes I wanted to know if sync will automatically delete products from Facebook catalogue, if I trash in Woocommerce.
So how do I keep the products in sync?

I printed product id’s in the code and they array was containing total of 16000+ elements.
Is there any way to just sync only 270 products skipping the variation?

Login to your website wp-admin area, go to Settings menu and click on General settings. Here you can see WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL).
