It’s impossible to sync our booking system with booking.com. But if you just want to redirect to booking.com when click Check Availability button of the search form, it’s doable.

According to what I see in your screenshot, the red square, which you want to remove, is not created by our plugin. Can you please check again? Are you sure that you’re using WP Hotel Booking plugin?
