Got it. So you may need to override wp-hotel-booking\templates\emails\booking-details.php to have Capacity information in the email.

The problem is that there isn’t any options for clients to input the numbers of people when booking room. There is only way is to use Additional Information box in the checkout page http://prntscr.com/jw7f5c

The plugin supports to book entire room. It does’t support to book the room based on the number of people. So I think that it’s not necessary to display the number of people will come in the order and it’s also impossible to display that info because as I said, the clients will book entire room, not book the room by people.

Override single-room.php file. In this file, call the content of content-single-room.php file and the elements in the folder loop http://prntscr.com/juqtcr
It requires programming knowledge to custom this one. Hope you can manage by yourself.

Thanks for your concern but our plugin doesn’t support the feature like that. It just supports a minimum booking nights option.
