Actually, it seems to be when I try to remove ALL checks that it refuses to let me. So long as I have one box checked, I can make other changes, but am unable to remove that last checkmark.
I am having this same issue. I cannot uncheck dates once they’ve been checked.

I’m using 1.3.20, and the sorting of survey answers still doesn’t work correctly (when you last posted that you’d fixed it, I downloaded the new version but still had to implement my fix). I’ve tried Ascending and Descending, but neither affects the order of the answers on the user’s end, or the order of the answers in the plugin’s interface, or the order of the answers in the results page.
I’m happy to test subsequent fixes if you need a guinea pig!

I have fixed that, but I’ve set up my survey to use a custom form as a stop-gap measure, but, the contents of the form are not being posted to the database! At least not that I can see, it doesn’t show up in the results at all.
I need a fix for that immediately! Sorry to keep bugging you with problems.
I couldn’t find any documentation on this, how does it work for the Surveys instead of Quizzes?

I do have it set to descending. It doesn’t seem to affect the answers.
