I didn’t ask in a specific theme’s forum because it is happening no matter what theme I choose. Would there be a certain setting or set up feature that could be wrong to make every theme non-responsive. If you navigate to the site and inspect the code and emulate a mobile device, then refresh your browser, you’ll see what I am talking about.
