I have a similar problem. I get this error while trying to connect:
Unable to connect to Dynamics 365: Could not retrieve WSDL at https://mdstrial2.api.crm4.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl. Check whether you selected the appropriate deployment type and that CRM URL and credentials are correct.Thanks

Hi,
We have the same issue when we create a custom order and try to send a payment link to a customer.Hi again,
Apparently there is an issue of the gateway handling the manual orders’ payment pages.
We tried on a fresh wordpress install with just woocommerce and Piraeus Bank Gateway. When tying to pay from a manual order’s payment page we are redirected to an empty cart page. When creating an order from the frontpage with a product it produces normally an error (since on this install the gateway is not configured).The issue is probably produced on process_payment function of the plugin and the ‘redirect value’, but we don’t know how to get around it.

Do you mean that it depends on which Services i choose on the plugins settings or on our dhl account preferences?
We will be shipping domestic with local post service and internationally with dhl.Another off-subject question is: am i supposed to get shipping results with dhl with the already filled in credentials the plugin offers? Because on debug response i don’t get any errors yet it doesn’t show any shipping rates
