Having exactly the same problem. Have a 1600 page site; yet only 3 pages show up in the sitemap! And I’m not adding the 1597 pages manually!
Any help on how to get the pages included warmly welcome.

If I understand this correctly, I think the problem I’m facing is that my site doesn’t use categories at all – just pages, organised into Parent, Child and Grandchild structures (and at the moment there are over 1500 of them). So my guess is that dTree lists them all when each page is called – causing IE to timeout.
Given I can’t turn the page lists off or face losing the navigation tool, are there any other ways around this? I have seen some people recommend solving time out messages with the “setTimeout method”. Do you think this might work?
