I am using BACKSTREET Theme…. I have tried the process you showed be but the problem seem the same
I contacted the hosting coming and they told me it is a problem with the programme am using (WORDPRESS).. So its not from them.
This is the 4th time i’m been told its a problem from the server, but they are denying.
