We believe that you are referring to the review banner.
If so, actually, it is a dismissible notice. Clicking on ‘Nah Never’ or Close button will remove the banner from the page and it won’t ask again.
If the banner is not removed from your website then it might be a site specific issue.
Adding the below snippets in the functions.php file will solve this issue for you.

Kindly note that the Password field type will function just like the normal password field in the front end by hiding the input provided. You won’t be able to connect it with the WooCommerce account field.

Upon checking your website, we can see that the checkout page has been created using WooCommerce blocks. Due to this, our plugin isn’t functioning properly on the checkout page. Unfortunately, the current version of our plugin is not compatible with the WooCommerce blocks.
WooCommerce hasn’t provided any filters or hooks to add compatibility with these blocks. We’ve already reached out to WooCommerce about this issue, and they’ve informed us that they are working on it. Once they add the necessary hooks, we will ensure our plugins are compatible with blocks.
For now, we suggest using the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to create the checkout page, as this will enable our plugin to work correctly.Thank you!
