We believe that you might be using WooCommerce blocks on your website due to this reason the changes are not being reflected on the checkout page. Unfortunately, none of the plugins that customize the checkout page is not compatible with WooCommerce blocks.
Could you please check after creating the checkout page using the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] and verify whether the changes are being reflected?Thank you!

Please note that the custom fields created using our plugin will be listed in the “Custom Fields” section on the order details page (WooCommerce >> Orders>> Edit Order).
In order to edit the value, you can change the Value corresponding to the field and click on Update changes. Also, please make sure that the option “Display in Order Detail Pages” is enabled for the field.

Hi,
Yes! You can disable the billing email field using our plugin. But, kindly be informed that if you remove the billing_email field from the checkout page there are chances to have some unexpected errors. So, to avoid these errors coming up, the WooCommerce suggest not to override these fields.
We hope you understand.
Thank you!

Hi,
Kindly note that billing_email field is mandatory in WooCommerce checkout page while placing the order.
It is recommended not to remove or override default WooCommerce fields.
Thank you!

In that case, the mentioned issue is not related to our plugin.
Further, in WooCommerce, the ‘State/Region’ field varies by country; it can be either optional or required based on specific country settings. This variation exists because some countries do not use states or regions in the same way others do. For example, the UK uses regions or counties instead of states, and these may not always be necessary for shipping or billing purposes.
Thank you!If you are not currently using that plugin, then please deactivate it and check whether the checkbox are being disabled.
Thank you!

We are using the default state validation of WooCommerce in our plugin.
So, could you please temporarily deactivate our plugin and verify whether the issue still persists or not?
