I tried the fix.. and it worked in removing that extra list item.. It also removed all bullet points in the tabs. 🙂

We have already done that.. I have a staging site with it loaded if someone wants to take a look at it. I traced the sql queries being run and Pretty links is running a huge number of Duplicate queries on the page.
