I don’t host with GoDaddy and have the same problem. When I’m not signed in to the WordPress backend and select tickets on my page and and it takes me to the cart, my cart shows as empty.
One doesn’t have to be signed in to the site to use the cart do they? Is there anything else that could possibly be causing this issue?

I’m still waiting for the go ahead to start this so haven’t tried these yet, but it sounds right and along the lines of what I was thinking.
