Thanks Esmi – I’d love to search on the Elegant Themes forum but I am not a paid up member and don’t really want to spend $39 signing up. I’m not sure how it works but the guy who designed the site for me initially (not very well!) would have chosen the theme. Maybe he has the login details?

Yes, you’re completely right it’s Elegant Themes Simplepress! I can get to Appearance> Simplepress theme options from my dashboard…I then have the following tabs down the left hand side menu:
General Settings (General, Homepage, Featured Slider)
Navigation (pages, categories, general settings)
Layout (single post layout, single page layout, general settings)
Ad Management
Colourization (colourization)
SEO (homepage SEO,single post page SEO, index page SEO)
Integration (Code integration)
Support Docs (installation, troubleshooting, tutorials)
