Having issues with header image being shown i had it then disappeared? The code shows the custom header image but not showing. Then decided to back to the orginal image provided still showing custom image? How do i fix this ?

Since i have an older version of mysql from host 3.2.2 i have roll back to version 2.0 and it seems to be working.
