Okay I am still having an error. Directory could not be created. I tried uploading via FTP, but no luck…

I submitted a ticket regarding this too. They replied and are well aware of it, and I got another reply (few hours ago) stating that the issue seems to be resolved. I am going to try and get it going, so will update if it works or not.
