In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Placeholder text style not changingmbr, thanks again. This does change the size of the text for the placeholder text, but I’m still unable to change the opacity. There must be some overriding conflict with the graphene theme I’m using.
Anyway, it is more readable and I can live with it.

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Placeholder text style not changingThanks for the help, but I’m not sure where to make this change. If I need to edit some of the code in one of the plug-in files, won’t the change get overridden the next time the plug-in is updated?
I’d prefer not to get into making custom mods to the plug-in files if at all possible.
I’d really like to know the reason why the plug-in interface is not taking my changes as inputs by design.
Mike? Can you shed some light on this one perhaps please?

Here’s the form I’m working on. Take a look at the “Detailed Description” field. I’d like to move all the text that is below the text area fields into this placeholder text if I can figure out how to change the style. The default style is too small and unreadable. Thanks for checking it out.

@gemma, do you have the Sucuri Security – SiteCheck Malware Scanner plug-in installed by chance? I installed this yesterday because of the malware message google issued due to themefuse ad that Mike fixed already. Anyway I turn on the rule in the 1-click hardening settings to “Restrict WP-Content Access.” This breaks the captcha in the plug-in. Reverting that rule solved the captcha problem for me. Hope this helps.

This is a critical issue. I’m experiencing the same problem, which just started today. Also using Chrome.
We’re unable to access or edit our contact forms in WP and the forms on our site are broken. The captcha is not working at all.
Please help us with this issue as soon as possible.
