I had prepared a special contact form and it gave an error when I added it. Now I changed the “contact form” section to a standard form. It is fixed now.

I think I solved the problem. The problem was solved when I selected the standard form instead of the specially prepared form.

I live in Turkey and therefore the time zone is UTC+3
