I’ve been messing around, and I found the crop funtions for thumbnail images in the file wp-includes/media.php, maybe you can do some changes there?
I would also love to crop my photos to 1:1.618 (golden ratio).

How can I modify this text to get the post slugs in the loop, to use it in my code?
