I think you are looking for posts to display regardless of page language. This I found to be the solution but it seems with 4.3 this does not work any longer – it may be another issue, could work fine for you.

It seems to be working now, maybe still a problem but will put it to resolved for now
Any help on this? I would love to be able to display the photos from photostream into a page, how do you do this? Thanks for your idea and effort!
