Yes I am a paid customer, I bought the plugin yesterday.
Hi I installed the plugin using FTP, when I logged into the backend of my website to activate it, it broke the site… It’s now giving me an error “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”

It keeps saying uploading, up to about 60% then it starts back at 1% continually.Please assist
How much is it? And is it a once off purchase?
