I tested by switching to WP default theme. Everything works fine with other themes, the issue is only with the current theme.
Everything was working fine with current theme till date, but suddenly this problem started 🙁

I am not sure what I have changed in the theme..
Plugin are not conflicting..

I put a fresh copy of my current theme(and things started working fine), but when I customized the logo, sidebar, and style.php the problem started appearing again 🙁

As assumed, my SEO plugins title format is set properly.
And the codes I am using in my <title> tag is

elseif ( is_category() ) { single_cat_title(); echo ' - ' ; bloginfo(‘name’); }
elseif (is_single() ) { single_post_title();}
elseif (is_page() ) { single_post_title();}

And its working properly..for confirmation, just see the source code of my blog when you load any single article on my blog. The title tag is working properly.
When I encountered this problem I was surprised, because title tags are working properly but still there is problem!

Now everything works fine, but in IE the things change.There the margine after the 1st row ad is more.How can I reduce it in IE? Please open and see my blog in Internet Explorer.

And in IE, my middle column([Homepage]where I have Commentators and Recommendation section) just drops down.Everything is working fine in Firefox.Problem only with Internet Explorer.
