http://www.letsgotopuglia.co.uk/booking-puglia-holiday-villas/?pdb=1 displays the data for my first booking in the database. Shortcode [pdb_single] works fine.
http://www.letsgotopuglia.co.uk/edit-your-booking/?pdb=1 does not find any data. It returns “No record was found”. The shortcode [pdb_record] is being used. In settings – Record Form Settings, the Participant Record is set to the “Edit your booking page”.
Clearly I am missing something but for the life of me I cannot see what.

In reply to: [Participants Database] No sign up, need a link to single recordOkay after some further searching I found that if I use the url http://www.letsgotopuglia.co.uk/booking-puglia-holiday-villas/?pdb=1 I get the correct data displayed. The page has only shortcode [pdb_single] in it.
But none of the data is editable. I tried http://www.letsgotopuglia.co.uk/booking-puglia-holiday-villas/?pdb=1&action=edit
but it didn’t make any difference.
So now I just need to know how to display only one record on the front end and for it to be editable.

I have the same problem http://www.letsgotopuglia.co.uk. I have created a topbar subscription form with fields but I only get the bar, no form, no fields. It is totally unclear as to what I am supposed to do. Help please

I for one, if it had worked as claimed, would have paid for the pro version. I have seen other WordPress users say the same. Instead you would have us waste time and effort trying to get what you know is an unworking plugin installed and up an running.

I have trued deactivating, reactivating, uninstalling and reinstalling …. all to no avail. Like kathyg I would upgrade to pro if the plugin worked. If it doesn’t install you lose at the first post. WordPress should remove this plugin from the available plug-ins list. This has been going on for at least 7 months, probably longer, and the developers are not addressing the problem posted on this support forum.
