@haushinka I changed the wordpress install directory permission to 777 just for the time needed to run the script, once it finished i changed all permissions back to normal WordPress permissioning.

Well, guess it was a permission issue, because I just gave full permission over the directory, run the script, went flawless and then changed permission back to normal apache permission, site working perfectly now. Thanks anyhow.
