The site is running the latest version of WordPress (5.7.2) and the latest version of Editor plus (2.8.1) and the issue of backgrounds being split into another column instead of displaying as a background persists.
Is support active for this plugin?
THANK YOU for taking the time to follow up! Creating a [subject] field in my form and then adding a {subject} token to the desired subject text field resolved this issue.

That’s great, @kbrownkd! I’m not savvy enough to write filters, but can cut and paste into the appropriate PHP file if the code I need already exists somewhere.
Alternately, is there a way to let a user enter their own subject line when filling in the form? I don’t see it as an option as a field to add, but that could work too.
