Thank you for your reply.The theme I am using is Avada.
As you mentioned, the button is disabled unless you select a variation, but it’s not highlighted -> so users doesn’t understand what is the issue.I see the screen shot you send, and I’ve tried using your pluging, but it didn’t work for me.
Is there something I am missing in settings for that?Thanks,

I did it from Form -> EmailIn the last month it got to the spam, but yesterday not recieving at all.
