I’m not sure how you could not find any information on how to install the plugin or use it?

In reply to: [reCAPTCHA Form] [Plugin: reCAPTCHA Form] it is not appearingI think I see what the problem is now. It looks like you are trying to use this plugin to stop comment spam, however this plugin is not designed for that particular purpose (it is only a contact form plugin).
You need to use something like WP-reCAPTCHA.

In reply to: [reCAPTCHA Form] [Plugin: reCAPTCHA Form] it doesn't workMake sure that you are using the [recaptcha_form] shortcode and that you have correctly copied and pasted the public and private keys from the Google reCAPTCHA website – please note that if there are any spaces before or after the keys then the plugin will not work.
