Thanks for the help, but I managed to resolve it through further troubleshooting by disabling plugins one by one, and found that the conflicting plugin appeared to be the main Elementor plugin itself. After I deactivated and reactivated Elementor, I was able to load the Header Template in Jeg Elementor Kit.
