Giving up on this method, and creating a separate page and form for each person. This works and is easy to maintain.
I have gone through all the files in the plug in folder without finding the relationship between si_contact_CID and user emails.
Does Fast Secure Contact form pull the email addressed from WordPress’ mySQL db? If so, which table?
My contact page has list of si_contact_CID parameters, that are passed to contact form. I see all ten si_contact_CID’s, but it doesn’t have the equivalent email addresses.

I went to the admin screen for this plug in (assumes admin is logged in) and didn’t see it in the source.
I did find my address, but no others. Since I’m the webmaster, that was expected.

I went though all the plugin admin screens, and only saw support for a single address.
Is it the WordPress user list? I don’t think so, as when I click all, this site only has seven users showing, so my working si_contact_CID=10 wouldn’t match anything.

Where do I find the ten email addresses, corresponding to the ten si_contact_CID’s? Don’t assume anything in your response. I have only been a WordPress user for a few years, mostly managing the content. I think is is something obvious, that I’m simply missing.
He uses more than one account, and my fear is that the plugin is configured for an account he isn’t checking. I doubt the plugin is configured to send mail to more than one address for a single si_contact_CID.
Where do I find that relationship between si_contact_CIDs and email addresses in the website or plugin’s configuration?
Good idea, but my question is even more basic. How to I confirm what email address is associated with si_contact_CID=1? This individual uses more than one email account, and I’m wondering which the plug in is using.

Both of these pass to the same page (page_id=145). I want to look further, but I don’t know how to see the contacts each of these are associated with. The error, if there is one, probably is in that area.
Where can I find that information on my web site?
Disclaimer: I can’t rule out e-mail issues by the recipient, and I do need to be able to edit this table as our contacts change occasionally.
