As mentioned, I have tried disabling all plugins AND changing themes
After about 5+ hours of investment I have come to the conclusion that AJAX is not being loaded on the checkout page despite anything I do AND that AJAX call is this: https://ellasbubbles.com/?wc-ajax=update_order_review

On the “edit reusable block page” I am still seeing the FDP section

Thank you for getting back to me. Here are the steps I took and my feedback on each:
Visit the permalink settings page (Admin menu => Settings => Permalinks). This will update the rewrite rules. Are you suggesting to change anything here? This instruction just stated to visit? I clicked Save Changes just to confirm.
Go to the Freesoul Deactivate Plugins settings Done
Enable a plugin that was disabled (in another case FDP will think you haven’t changed anything and doesn’t start the saving process) I enabled WPForms on home Page that was previously Disabled
Save Done
Disable again that plugin that you used to trigger the saving process Done
Save again Done

I guess I could give them all the same css ID, but is there a global tag?
