In reply to: Cannot Access Administrative Side of SiteI did delete it, a new error message came up telling me to remove a different plugin file, and I did so. Now my error message is:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_update_data() in D:\Hosting\8672204\html\wp-admin\menu.php on line 34
Does this mean that I have to make some changes to the complicated file written in code? What should I do with this error message?

In reply to: Cannot Access Administrative Side of SiteI know it must look like I’m totally incompetent, but I cannot find that file in my FTP File Management application. Am I looking in the wrong place? I cannot find it to delete it. Where should I be looking?

In reply to: Cannot Access Administrative Side of SiteNow my site is coming up as a completely blank page. Just a big disaster

In reply to: Cannot Access Administrative Side of SiteNow the error message I am getting is:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove D:\Hosting\8672204\html\wp-content\db.php.
Ok, So I went to the FTP file manager via my hosting service (GoDaddy) and I deleted the W3 Total Cache plugin. It should be totally removed now so I figured I wouldn’t see the same error message but it is still telling me the same thing.
How do I reupload all files or reset all the plugins through my FTP file manager page?
