Some of the redirects are from Baidu spider and Google bot. However I experienced receiving a 404 myself, from trying to retrieve an admin page. Reloading the page again worked.

Hi Vinod, I’m using Justhost – I haven’t changed providers.
I have iThemes Security (disabled because it’s been bothering me) and WP Super Cache as the only two possible culprits that I can think of.

Hi Vinod,
Here’s an example of a bad response image: http://www.tangcla.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/1J4C6252.jpg

I went to smushit.com/ysmush.it and tried both the upload and URL method, I get the following in the large box: Smush.it did not find any saving of your image(s).

and Smushed iamges (underneath) just stays at “Loading…”

Does the developer actually provide support here, or do they purposely not respond to force you to pay for Pro level support?

By the way – it’s a ‘fail’ error, not a ‘spam’ error (I’ve changed the comment to identify between the two errors).

Hi David,
I’ve managed to work around this by brekaing down my gallery into 50 results per page, and then running all 84 pages of my media individually. While not ideal, it’s only something I’d have to do once (as I have auto-smush on upload enabled). Happy to report it as closed for now.

I just selected the whole page (of 100) and pressed bulk smush.it – it did about 70 before the page stopped updating.

I get the following 404 errors in my logs while smush-ing:

Also I’ve noticed on a few occasions that the manual sorting does not save – and yes I have clicked the “Save order” button. Quite frustrating when I’ve sorted about 40 entries alphabetically!
