I have the same issue.
I have disabled plugins/contact-form-7/includes/js/index.js?ver=5.4.2
on my entire website, and the problem is sovled.
However, I am worried that it might cause additinal problems.
The contact forms seem to work, so it’s better this way.
I have no caching plugin installed on my website.
