RazorPay having a good support team, but if you want to do then need to call create API if already installed PHP SDK and CDN JS library, pass mandatory field such as the amount, currency. After created order, you will get all payment methods as you are expecting. if you need more info to follow RazorPay documentation https://razorpay.com/docs/payment-gateway/orders/integration/. As per customization purposes, we can upload the logo and change color Razorpay popup modal from the Razorpay settings.
login Razorpay account > go to settings > configration
