Got it resolved now in case if anyone wants to remove the bordering between 2 modules. What I did was for the image module, under Advance Design setting, change the bottom custom margin to 0. That’s it.
Another note, I am using the row module with 3 columns. If I set the custom gutter width to 1, it removed the white space between the image and toggle module which is great. However, because I am using 3 columns it is now also clumping all three columns together leaving no space between them. So horizontally I want to remove the white space, but vertically, I want the white space there.
Any ideas?

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] Some documents do not showThanks. Will take a look and see if there’s any permission issue there. Just odd some files we can see, while others we can’t. However, when in edit mode or logged into WordPress as subscriber, everything shows up.

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] Some documents do not showHere’s the other thing I found while playing. If go into edit mode and copy the direct location of the file and then log out of admin mode.
1) The files that are visible when not in edit mode, if I put in the URL and it direct me to the file I can download it via WP File Download.
2) The files that are not visible when not in edit mode, if I put in the URL and it direct me to the file, the system indicate I need to log in to download.
So seems like some permission issue with the files. Does mdocs create a directory where I can look at the permission of the files? I don’t think it’s a global setting but maybe folder or file specific setting because some folders shows the files while others do not if not in edit mode.

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] Some documents do not showI had tried that prior as well. Just opening the “Batch Edit” and selecting all the files under that folder and clicking on “Save”.
It is just strange that some files are showing within the same page while others do not show up. I cannot see anything different between these files. Would there be anything else outside of mdocs that may be causing issue? We also use DIVI Builder, but I don’t think that’s the cause of issue.

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] Some documents do not showYeah both of those are off and not checked. What is odd is that there are some file showing up and they are within sub folders just like the ones that do not display. So I thought that the option to hide sub folders was causing issue since that was checked. After unchecking, I can see the parent folder, but no sub folders or files inside either. Any other ideas?

In reply to: [Memphis Documents Library] Some documents do not showJust to add, all that I am getting when out of admin mode. “No files found in this folder”
However, if I am in edit mode as administrator, I can see all the documents.
