Try putting the contact form shortcode on the Mode Text and NOT Visual.
It worked for me.
I’m having the same issue. I get the message that it was sent successfully but I never get any emails. I have contacted my host and they told me that everything was fine, that I should contact the plugin developer. Love this plugin, but can’t seem to figure out how to make it work.
