Hi Lisa,

Thanks for your response, truly appreciated.

For a while now, the WP Admin was coming up broken, so I wasn’t able to make any changes or update to the theme and plugins. And now, I can’t even access the admin area of my website.

Yes, I’m using the “the7 theme” https://themeforest.net/item/the7-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5556590/support.

Yes, I do have access to my theme’s files in my hosting account. Any advice?

However, I actually don’t want to use PayPal to make the purchase simply because the card I want to use is not registered with PayPal.
