I have tried the code.
This code seems to only work for single product (no variations). The “add to cart” button did disappear when I am logout.
However, I also have products with variations, the “add to cart” button is still there.
Thank You.
Is this mean I have to manually add tax for each state?

I used the WP Mail Logging plugin to see the status of the email log. The email is sending without any error, and the email notification is enabled like before.
The problem is the seller’s email couldn’t receive the new order notification, but the buyer’s email can receive the new order notification.
Is there anything else that I can change in the Woocommerce setting?
