Great, thanks for letting us know.

Your host machines IP address has changed – this would be done by your ISP or Hosting company.
Switch the mode back to simulator and that should tell you the IP SagePay believes you are using and compare that with your live ip addresses set in the SagePay Live VSP.

I’ve taken a look at version 3 and I’m sorry I haven’t got a quick resolution. I do plan to implement this but it won’t be available for a while.
Hi,
More than happy to look at this and move onto version 3. But why would you want to manage your surcharges at a gateway level, wouldn’t you do this at the payment level based on method?

Steve

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] TXNo reason other than you are only the second person ever to ask for it.
see this threadhttp://wordpress.org/support/topic/vendor-tx-code
I will take a look at implementing this in a future release.

My understanding is they use Sage ( same as the US) rather than SagPay – if that is the case then this plugin will NOT work I’m afraid.

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] Redirect IssueI’m unable to test against that version of PHP. The versions you are using should work.
I noticed you are running ‘live’ – does it work in test? has it ever worked before?
Have you tried eliminating other plugins and tried a standard WP theme?

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] Redirect IssueHi
I’ve just created a test vhost with these versions and it does return me to order received page.I’ve only seen this issue on earlier versions of SagepayDirect when WooCommerce went to version 2.1
What version of PHP are you running?
What options have you set on the SagePay Direct page (don’t tell me your vendorname).

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] Simulator or TestHi
You can export orders through wordpress tool export, there are some plugins out there that can export in different formats and can filter. You won’t be able to store card details
Hope that helps

In reply to: [WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway] Simulator or TestHi,
You will need to add your host IP address to the live sagepay
https://live.sagepay.com/mysagepayHi
In test £0.01 should work however in live I would say £1.00 minimum.Everything looks fine, the error is SagePay’s response. I would suggest contacting SagePay support.
You could try clearing your 3DAuth rules – just to eliminate that so it doesn’t check 3DSecure.
I’m assuming the simulator works fine.
