Team miniOrangeHello @vijaylogicrays,
Thank you for sharing the Prerequisite screenshot.
Yes, now we’ve identified the issue. As per the screenshot, your product data is coming inside the
itemskey. So in the Product Data Sources section, you need to set:- Product Array Source:
items - Product Unique Identifier:
sku
I’m attaching a reference screenshot here so you can update it correctly. [Screenshoot]
After making these changes, the sync should work properly.
If the issue still persists after doing this, no worries at all. Please reach out to us directly at apisupport@xecurify.com and we’ll assist you further.

Team miniOrangeHello @vijaylogicrays,
Thank you for sharing all the screenshots and details.
The screenshots you’ve provided so far look correct in terms of attribute mapping. Could you please also share a screenshot of the Prerequisite section?
You will find this section inside the API Details tab. I’d like to verify those settings as well to ensure everything is properly configured.
Once I have that, I can help you further identify what might be causing the sync issue.
Thanks,
Team miniOrangeHello @vijaylogicrays,
Thank you for reaching out.
As I understand, you are facing an issue where the sync shows “Completed” but 0 products are imported, even though the API connection test is successful and returning valid JSON.
Based on what you shared, this usually happens when the attribute mapping is not configured correctly. If the required product attributes from your supplier API are not mapped properly inside the plugin, the sync will not create products, even though the API response is valid.
I recommend reviewing your attribute mapping settings once again to ensure all fields are mapped correctly. Kindly attach a screenshot of your attribute mapping settings along with a sample API response, so we can quickly identify the issue.
If the issue still persists after checking this or if you have any doubt regarding the attribute mapping, no worries at all. Please reach out to us directly at apisupport@xecurify.com.
We will be happy to assist you further. We can also arrange a quick screenshare session to help you troubleshoot and get your product sync working smoothly.
Thanks,
